Psychologist for expats in Brussels
Moving to a new country also means losing familiar ground. When adapting becomes heavy, talking it through with a psychologist — in the language you feel most at ease in — can help.
When to reach out
- Feeling uprooted, loneliness
- Adapting to a new culture and a new job
- Major life changes, relocation
- Stress, anxiety or fatigue that keep building
- Tension in the couple or family after the move
How I work
Expat life often brings several changes at once: work, language, social circle, sometimes the relationship. We take the time to untangle what weighs most right now.
I work with cognitive behavioural therapy, with concrete goals set together. Sessions can take place in English, French or Romanian, at the practice in Ixelles or by video call.
