Anxiety, worry and panic attacks: therapy in Brussels
When worry takes up too much room, panic attacks happen, or you start avoiding certain situations, it helps to talk about it. Anxiety can be understood, and it can be worked on.
When to reach out

- Avoiding places or situations
- Tension, poor sleep
- Stress spilling over into work or family life
How I work
Cognitive behavioural therapy is a structured, recognised method for working with anxiety: together we understand what triggers and maintains it, then build, step by step, other ways of facing it.
We decide the pace together. You speak at your own pace, without judgment.
